I break a nervous sweat whenever I listen to music...
I can’t stand that era for music.
The excessive reverb/delay on the drums (especially that snare). Overuse of flanger or phaser effects on the guitar. Goddammit, no! The sly use of synths for keys and for most tunes, that EQ on that bass. Cutting out most of that low-end. My god, absolute torture to me! And don’t get me started on the overuse of reverb for the vocals.

I am equally as excited to hear that mix tape Arctic Monkeys play while setting up/ at the end of the show as I am to see them perform live. It’s a mix I have heard over 20 times and it still has the power to make me tear up. It always brings me back to that strange place which holds no boundaries. I can’t get that feeling anywhere else in the world....

Honestly, I think Arcade Fire are just as good of a live act, so in certain circumstances I wouldn’t be too concerned about this voting thing. But right now Muse and Take That are winning? So you have to vote every day repeatedly until that’s not what’s happening.
